| Hello, and Goodmorrow, scholars!B here to welcome to Pootamea!! Please leave your sanity by the door... I really hope you people decide to read this before you read the actual comic, since I don't try very hard to explain stories, connect various events, or make organized sense of hardly anything. So instead of letting my poorly constructed comic pages lead you into a vast sea of confusion and sheer madness, I decided to whip up this little speech-a-roo to help you all out! (Until I can learn how to piece a decent story together anyway) Pootamea, In short, is the brain spawn of a little group of wacky teenagers with nothing better to do during lunch at school. (Except for maybe homework, but why would any kid in their right mind do that?) All of the characters in Pootamea are based very heavily on real people. Every character looks, and acts almost exactly like the actual person they're based on. In fact, we didn't even bother changing most of their names. Zander is Zander, Carol is Carol, And believe it or not, Goat is actually called Goat. Ok, so for the purpose of the comic we actually amplified most people's traits and personalities by (I'm going to estimate) 70% But they're still very obviously the same people. No, for those of you who were wondering, Pootamea is NOT supposed to make much sense. At all. Almost the entire story is based on inside jokes, and personal experiences each of us have had, whether we were alone, or all in a group together during lunch or something. This comic is absolutely dripping with inside jokes that im sure only a handful of you people would ever pick up on. But I hope that some of you other, normal-type poeples may find Pootamea funny, and at least mildly amusing too. |
